In the first week of September 2024, a unique campaign film was produced for one of Turkey’s largest e-commerce platforms, Hepsiburada. The campaign featured the iconic Hepsiburada Orange Truck traveling through various districts of Istanbul, distributing discount coupons to people who scanned the QR code on the truck or had their Airdrop turned on. To bring this project to life, Line Production Turkey was responsible for the film’s production. The filming took place in prominent locations such as Kadıköy, Bağdat Avenue, Kartal, and Maltepe, capturing the spontaneous reactions of people as they interacted with the truck.

The Hepsiburada Orange Truck drove through key neighborhoods in Istanbul, interacting with the public and distributing digital discount coupons. The goal was to capture the genuine reactions of people as they engaged with the truck, creating an authentic and relatable narrative for the brand.

Location Scouting & Permits: Key locations like Kadıköy, Bağdat Avenue, Kartal, and Maltepe were strategically selected to maximize visibility and reach. Line Production Turkey handled all logistical arrangements to ensure a smooth shooting process.

Shooting Schedule: The entire shoot was completed in a single day, spanning 11 hours.
Minimal Crew: A small but efficient crew of 10 professionals worked diligently to ensure all elements of the production ran smoothly and on time.
Management & Coordination: Eren Yıldız, serving as both the director and director of photography, led the creative execution of the film. Uluç Yemen Aslan and Ersin Akpınar from Line Production Turkey handled all production management tasks, ensuring everything was delivered to the highest standard.

The Hepsiburada Orange Truck followed a planned route through the districts, capturing the surprise and joy of people as they noticed the truck, scanned the QR codes, and received their coupons. The film crew documented these genuine moments, showcasing Hepsiburada’s customer engagement in an organic, natural way.
